Loved the chicken curry katsu. The sushi was fresh. We tried the rainbow roll, and it was good. Their edmame was also pretty large, which was great with the drinks. Would go there again .
Everything about Sushi Gala is wonderful. The food is great, the service is exceptional, and always a great time at the Japanese Village. First time trying and it exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be coming back.
I haven't tried the sushi but the rolls were phenomenal. Probably the best rolls I tried in the area. Teppan yaki was on point and the service was spectacular!
A very nice experience overall. The staff was polite, and ordering from the table-side tablets was convenient. The service was a bit on the slower side, but the sushi made up for it—it was absolutely incredible. The “Mission Roll” is a must-try and comes highly recommended. A solid spot for sushi lovers!

This was my first time eating here & I was not disappointed. The beef bowl I had ordered was delicious, I never had one taste like that it was maybe the best beef bowl I had tried. I really like how they had the tempurw Philadelphia roll because I don’t like cucumbers and the original Philadelphia rolls come with them & this one doesn’t. I suggest try this spot and they have a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
Made the best choice dining at Sushi Gala/ Las Galas! Tonkotsu Ramen was crafted to perfection, its chashu pork slices flamed to a heavenly taste! Their recommendation was spot on with the Volcano, never had a baked roll before, topped with spicy crab, avocado, cucumber, but if you are use to eating spicy foods or not there are more portions to try out.
The best place on the Plaza. Their California Rolls and Spicy Tuna Rolls are delicious. You order from a tablet (new) and your food will come out fast. Also tried the beef Bento box and it was delicious. Exceptional service.
